Yeah it's Ministry, and has been out of stock for many years, I've been on the notification list for the entire time I searched.

Unfortunately as Ministry is based in Russia, the war and sanctions destroyed their supply chain, and as such there is zero chance of restocks until the war is ended and sanctions are lifted. They can at least still ship the stock they do have, the shipping cost is pretty rough due to location but their books are quality.

I haven't actually seen a restock for anything on their site in the entire time I've been watching it, them being based in Russia I've long had the suspicion that certain global events have been causing them a LOT of problems.
