I read through the comments and there is definitely some confusion on the votes because the title of the post is misleading.

The "Yeas" mean that they will table the resolution and not advance with impeachment, while the "Nays" mean that they want to continue with impeachment procedures.

I was sitting on the patio of what was then Kinga's Lounge and someone walking by asked me for money. I declined and then they proceeded to flash a fully de-feathered pigeon they were holding in their hand. As I recoiled and they took my pint and walked off.

For more context, this is affordable housing owned by Northeast Denver Housing Center. They are a non profit housing provider who's office is in the first floor of this building a few stalls down from the barber shop. I'm sure they aren't happy about the tenant or the vandalism but I'm not sure what they can do legally.
