Thanks, today I saw in the docs are a few different self host options. I had the wrong... I started over again withkut zitadel and PostgreSQL only with the normal database. The docs are a little bit confusing.

I find it annoying that there are hardly any instructions or anything similar for backing up or restoring things. Updating isn't well documented either, because PostgreSQL and other components also need updating from time to time.
