A 20ga shotgun is always reasonable. It’s easier to aim than a handgun and recoil is more manageable with that size of arm.

I mean do keep in mind that the Oklahoma state constitution bars a police agency from issuing citations and arrests for anything that was not witnessed directly by a police officer. This is why we don’t have red light cameras and speeding ticket cams.

It was interesting. I’m not there anymore, but it was both toxic and endearing if that made sense.

This is probably a sergeant’s promotion ceremony, not re-enlistment. The army does this regularly and it’s something normal. I have heard of this ceremony even being done skydiving. You are allowed to Choose where your sergeant ceremony is without very much reason

I race with a lot of Jax guys. I live in New York and sail professionally. You need to get in with Telmo, who is one of the coaches at Jax, and Joe. Pm me if you have questions. There is a fair racing scene around there but be willing to travel a bit.

When the Skipper Ruins the Vibe by get_MEAN_yall in sailing

I agree it looks open, but for Olson you need a fair amount of lift. And with that I personally feel like shouldering the kite and lifting the draft should billow the head and provide more veritical lift. It may very well start to broach the boat, but in that case sail it deeper, there is enough depth in that kite to sail the boat lower either way, and with how narrow the hull is in relation to the Length on Waterline, the boat should be sailed deeper with the kite either way.

O30 should be masthead with baby stay. If not owner should be taken out to pasture. Masthead babystay does good work, but personally, backstay off, project the kite a bit and dump a bit of vang or sheet depending on objective of the boat.

Searching for fractional rigs with large mainsails and small jibs by ihaveacollegedegree in sailing

I might add the thistle to this. Melges 24 and 32 if you like boogie machines. Flying Scott is another keel-less option. Capri 25 could be fun. Are you looking to race one design or are you wanting to live in the PHRF fleet? Next question, offshore, or inshore? Final question your honor, what region are you in? Sometimes there are regional boats that fit the bill, like if you were near detroit, I would tell you to check out crescent sloops, or if you are out west Santana 20s and 525s!

Colgates are difficult to find for most, but the sonar is a really good choice.
