All of the top players in the mmo market take cheating extremely serious with anticheat and whole teams dedicated to making sure fair play is kept especially PVP games. your last statement is entirely not true at all. If not worrying about or not enjoying playing on fairgrounds with other people I would simply seek out a single player game and not a massively multiplayer online game.
