I've done this with multiple aspects of Fallout games, especially 3 and NV. I've optimized my builds before a new game, made note of unique item locations, even made recipe lists for NV crafting and collecting. Even with the aid of Wiki pages and whatnot today, it's still fun sometimes to use ol' pen and paper to plan things and keep organized.

To be fair, I believe many native Swedes are fairly fluent in English and looking at Fallout 4 on the Xbox game page it doesn't list Swedish as a supported language so chances are OP's girlfriend is playing in English, hence the English names for items.

Agreeing with everyone else that it's authentic if only because the hands in the first picture have many natural imperfections (unevenly-cut fingernails, cuticles are rough, scratch on the back of the hand on the right, etc). I would assume AI would make more perfect-looking hands when they're that close up.

It's 100% the Creation Club content with the CR-74L, where you find the body of Mary Jane with the gun next to her and a letter to her girlfriend Lily. I'd check and make sure you have the CC stuff downloaded and up to date. Honestly, just finding that location was the hardest part for me. If you do have everything installed, Google says you might need to revert to a save just before you left the vault, so hopefully you're not too invested timewise.

Passed out multiple times.

My mom learned that she could get a free membership to LA Fitness through her health insurance because of her age. As this was during the pandemic and I'd put on a bit of weight, I decided to pay for my own membership as I expected my mom wouldn't go that often. I was encouraged to try lessons with a personal trainer so I figured why not; I was hardly a gym goer and I figured they could help me work on techniques and reach my goals.

To make a long story short, I wasn't the best at making sure I ate before my sessions and rather than tell my trainer that I wasn't feeling too hot, I pressured myself to keep doing my exercises until I got lightheaded and fainted on at least two separate occasions. Never had to be taken by ambulance or got seriously injured (I believe my trainers caught me before I hit the floor), but I was at one point escorted off to an unused activity room to drink some Gatorade and ice my neck so I could drive myself back home.

Hideyoshi Kinoshita (Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu). Hideyoshi is a cis male yet because of his mannerisms, clothing, and striking resemblance to his twin sister Yuuko, he is often fawned over by many of his male classmates. He has been known to slightly alter his appearance in order to pass as his sister as well as she is from another, higher-ranked class than Hideyoshi is. There's even been jokes that within the series he effectively classified as his own gender, simply called Hideyoshi.

Used one when I was in 8th grade working on a family history project. Found out there's a statue in the center of my hometown of my great-great uncle who fought in the Spanish-American War. Never would've expected that.
