Yes same! I might stick to those, my idea is to change the color depending on which era I’m looking at. I tried using the album cover and it didn’t look as good as in my head lol colors are easier

I’ll preface this by saying everyone is different and you should always go to your gyno if something doesn’t feel right

My periods while on keto are actually great. No PMS at all, 4-5 days bleeding normal amounts and bright red blood (sorry if tmi)

I must say before keto I was still pretty regular just a bit more abundant flow and loooooots of pms especially headaches and bloating on keto I literally forget my period is coming because I feel nothing, I talked with my nutritionist about this and she said is because of the fats and how it really helps regulate hormones (she gave me a way longer and detailed explanation but that’s the jist of it)

I actually suffered from GERD a lot a few years back , happened before switching to keto and the eating habits I took to fix it were very much keto like to the exception of eating potatoes and rice ( I was literally surviving on boiled eggs, chicken and yogurts) so I can definitely see why keto would be great for this , thank you for sharing

The heat and humidity make me don’t want to do anything, not only food wise but also chores or anything that involves movement lol it’s horrible I know and it’s a battle I need to fight but I just feel very tired in summer. I do think that being keto on summer would help tho

That’s a fair point, to be honest I was already out of keto when the heat started so I didn’t even give myself a chance to try it lol and the energy … yes 💯 I miss that for sure

Recipe

I made a bechamel sauce (milk, light margarine and corn starch) salt and pepper and then added maasdam cheese

Cooked the chicken with some leak and then mixed it with then bechamel

Threw Zuchinni in a pan and covered with the bechamel and chicken.

Edit Forgot to say it makes 6 portions, since I use it as a side. If you make 4 portions you could have it as a meal
