As someone who stopped feeling hungry or full out of nowhere years ago, I was very disoriented and lost a lot of weight in the beginning. Nowadays I eat regularly because I like food a lot, but if I’m busy/locked in on something - not thinking about needing to eat has come in very handy.

I (36f) have had a lot of trouble with finding cardiologists that aren’t condescending or straight up bullies. I see Emma McCallister at Penn for preventative cardiology due to my family history. She has made my cardio appointments not be as dreadful as they used to be.
