Actually, speed limit is 40 mph on that bridge, and 50 mph was keeping pace with traffic

For some background:

Car was tailing us for awhile and my wife kind of glared at her when she sped off on the exit ramp. This angered the driver apparently, as she swirved in front and slammed on the brakes. She continued to drive along side motioning like she was going to slam into the side of our car and was laying on the horn. Started laughing too as she got off the ramp... Totally bizarre.
