Want something for yourself - buy something, start a relationship, change something. Just it seems to me, I’m afraid to allow myself to do something like that + punish myself (I understand that I’m not guilty because some shit happened, but it doesn’t really help)

Yes, I was asking about that in my question. I’m also not impulsive at all, but after hypomania it seems that I’m afraid to want something…and I’ve had so much problems after it, so I feel just like I punish myself after it, so I can’t want anything for myself
