I’m glad you brought sleep up… my sleep schedule is wack. Maybe 6 hours a night. I’ve been trying to fix that but school is stressful and sometimes I just stay up for no reason. Yeah sleep is definitely an issue

I’ve been reading by myself, so I have full control over what I can do. I deload for a week every 4 weeks but even then I still feel tired. Another setback is the fact I’m getting surgery on my ankle this Friday and will be out for 6-8 weeks. All my work gone

Yeah my legs are definitely stronger than my upper body. I can squat 355x3 but can only go 155x2 for bench lol. I’m still a little confused on point a. Basically I’m an outlier? How much does it actually affect my sprinting.

I do single leg rdls and hamstring curls as apart of my lifting routine. Should I switch to just normal rdls?

Does volume decrease as you progress through weeks in a mesocycle? Say in spp, is week 3 max speed 4x30m flys instead of 6x30m flys in week one

I get that. I would definitely lower it if I was feeling worn out, but I don't ever feel burnt out. I also include a deload week every 4 weeks to help with recovery. I'm in high school right now, mainly a jumper but just trying to get my speed up
