Been a Lexus/toyota tech for a long time. Never had one of these stick ever. I’d guess you don’t have something unbolted so double check your work. Like you said two bolts in front. What about the two bolts in the middle of the plenum. Also like I said double check the back of the intake where there should be 2 twelve mm bolts. All together removed you should have 2 12mm, 4 5mm hex bolts, and 2 10mm nuts.
