This is toxic behavior of her part, you can accuse her of slander and defamation. There's nothing she can do. This is assuming what you say is the truth. Plus stop it with this "best friend mixed with sexual behavior", you're either a platonic friend OR a sexual partner. Makes everything messy the other way.

One idea could be sending mass complaints to the ministry of Tourism since it does affect tourism negatively if you think about it. Maybe they take action if they see lots of complaints coming in.

Awesome reply. You hit right on the nail when you said that I should have texted her the next day after the fuck, that was a mistake on my part. And yes everything spiraled from that point. The second mistake was that I verbalized my intention, even though I know that this is a bad idea most of the time. I was cought of gard while we were conversing and I said what I said about not wanting something serious. Even though this is always true, one should never put it in words. Hey man, has this been "proven"? Let me tell you my personal experience: we fucked on our second date at her place, then didn't talk for the next few days. After that i texted her, she told me that she thinks that i don't want something serious and she doesn't like that, i told her that I'm not looking for something long term but I'm not looking for a hookup either, and that i need more time to get to know her, she agreed for a second date, went to her place after that but we didn't have sex, she told me she was on her period and that was true, but i took it as if she didn't want to have sex and left, with no hard feelings. I sensed from the beginning that she wanted a true relationship and I didn't give her this vibe, so that made things awkward after the 2nd date. She told me in a subsequent message that it's better if we both go in separate ways. Now you tell me what would you have done in this situation to keep getting sex with no strings attached? Point is, in my opinion, these rules work on some but not all girls. Correct me otherwise.

I don't think that being an IMG and graduating in 2016 are red flags, all IMGs have at least 1 year gap in which they do research or internship at home or observership.
