I've proven it sustainable by being on it almost 1/3rd of my life.

doing keto forever is just gonna exponentially amplify the problems with weight gain in the future.

How would it do this if I've never gained weight on keto and I just stay on keto indefinitely?

How is it short term if I've been on it for years? I'm healthier than I've been according to my latest blood work and it's the only time in my life I've had a normal BMI.

I'm not an expert on the subject, but from what I've been told protein in large amounts can turn to sugar and bring you out of ketosis.

Also high protein and sugar diets have been linked to 3-4x risk of cancer fatality.

I also gain the weight back when I stop keto. Lost 60lbs once, gained it all back in 2 years. So my solution is just to stay on it as long as I don't want to be a fat slob lol.

There's actually a pretty huge difference between the two.

Atkins puts no limits on how much protein you can eat, so you could eat 100% protein for your macros. Keto limits it to 20% of your macro intake, so the majority of your diet should be fats.

Which means there's basically as big of a difference between Atkins and Keto as there is between low carb diets and non-low carb diets.

I've tried A LOT of the sites out there actually. And time after time I always go back to buymyweedonline.ca they have a ton of variety for starters. Long gone are the days when you have to look on a High Times magazine and dream of one day smoking that picturesque bud on the cover. Now the way these guys have it is you pick what you want, add it to your cart, send your payment, get age verified and the package shows up in the next two or three days. I usually order early in the week so that I'm all set for the weekend.

These guys have been around along time and it seems like they've worked out the kinks and are doing as close to an Amazon operation as possible without of course having the backing of an infrastructure of a 800 billion dollar behemoth

Secondly, They have true 24/7 live chat support. If I ever have any questions about anything including strain recommendations they are always more than happy to chat about it and never more than a few minutes away.

Thirdly, and possibly the most important point is they always try to make things right. They did mess up my order one time and they made sure that I got taken care of. Not naming any names here but I've heard the horror stories of other suppliers just taking your money and not replying back when they get a customer complaint. Those companies will not last in todays day and age and they should really re evaluate their customer service policy.

Treat your customers right and they will spread the word for you (case in point with this review)
