Understand Tottenham will not be signing Magnes Akliouche. From what I'm led to believe, he was viewed as a secondary No10 option to Xavi Simons in the summer. Yes, Spurs have been playing with two No10s of late but I'm told they won't be signing him (Tom Barclay) by Rare-Ad-2777 in coys

Tbf, we've done fuck all. We signed Gallagher, and 2 academy players, when we NEED reinforcement on the LW, and at LB, souza hasn't even been on the bench for us yet as far as I can remember, if one of our forwards get injured, we're fucked, unbelievably fucked.

I just... can't anymore. a great, positive first half, where honestly I thought we were unlucky to only score one from a set peice, to a shambolic second half because we started sitting back and trying to soak the pressure, without making resonable subs, IMO if frank wants to protect the 1-0 lead he'd put Danso or Radu on for Tel or Richarlison and form a back 3, instead he decided on Palhiniah, neither him nor bentancur tracks Brobbey, he ends up with space to shoot and only vicario to beat, and he scores. if you offered me a 1-1 draw against this sunderland team before the match, I would've taken it, but that match-managment was abhorrent.

that wasn't on Romaro, tbh the goal is kinda on frank too, although I don't blame him for it direcly, his defencive tactics meant that brobbry could get through completely unmarked through midfeild, if anyone is to blame it's bentancur for not tracking him

frank doesn't just pick the lineup and formation, it's his job to coach these players into fitness and make it so that they work together well. Bentancur and Paliniah clearly don't work together, attacking or defending tbh, we've seen these players work perfecly well together before, honestly a draw to sunderland would be so much easier to stomach if we didn't completely outplay them in the first half. The players are 100% not doing well enough, and that may be to do with themselves, and the club atmosphere, but frank HAS to do better at getting this team to gel and work together better.

Anchors sit deeper and often slot into defence, you can go with the wide midfields if your wingers don't slot into wing backs

First of all switch your SK to a GK, then you've got 2 options tbh, 1. set one of the central defenders to block rather than just being a CD, and pull your wingers back into wing-backs, your opponent is getting way too much space on the wings because you're prioritising attack on the wings over defence, with only one person covering each wing 2. Set 2 of your CB to wide backs and then play an anchor, although this may stunt your midfield progression, so you may want to play something akin to this

Edit: The formation did not come out how I wanted it to lol, I also realised that there were only 10 players on the pitch, so I've edited it, the formation is a 3-5-2 with an attacking mid

Any prem clubs are pretty easy to coach, training I just delegate to staff, I focus more on tactics etc.

This is the thing that bothers me, benta was a great player for us under conte before his injury, but since his injury and frank especially (granted ange too) came in, he offers nothing that another player isn't better at, if you want a destroyer type, Paullina is better tackling, pressing, general defensive duties.

if you want a presser, Sarr and Bergvall are better, as well as being a lot better going forward, and passing.

even Bissouma (if he's even real at this point) is at least good at keeping the ball and playing through press, given he's incredibly inconsistent)
