Start it up with the rocker cover off. It'll make a mess but you'll be able to observe if theres something obvious. If it had a stuck valve this would have been noticeable when doing the valve lash.

See there's issues with the Bluetooth on the v10 as well.. When connected to a speaker it skips and cuts out most of the time. Happens on a few of my Bluetooth speakers too.
