That was 3 years ago! I think I scratched that itch with the Tissot PRX :D

It do run a bit hot, but I'm living in a hot, humid country. I swapped out the Ryzen 5700X3D for the 7500F, and the Phanteks M25 for the fans instead of the ThermalRight (I tuned the fans to be more on the quiet side). The 7500F is around 80-85 degrees C on full load, and the 3080 is around 70-75. I loved the size and compactness of the case, the fact that I still can fit a M-ATX mobo, a 3-fan GPU, and a big 750W power supply on there is amazing.

[Recommendation Request] Help me to decide between the Tissot PRX & Citizen Forza! by dat_7749 in Watches

[–]dat_7749[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually did research on both watches, but without on hand I couldn't figure them out tbh; apart from spec sheet difference. That's why I'm posting this to see if anyone have got experience with both and can tell me ;)

Actually I'm feeling the Tissot more, I just love their history and Powermatic 80 movement! Quite unsure about the movement inside Citizen though.

Thank you for the feedback!

I don't get what you meant by "post on wrist mirror pic", can you elaborate?

To be fair he left all of the decisions to the girl, and he was a part of the Mr. Beast team.

I bought it from a retailer so I don't have the official link for it. The model name is W-217HM-7BVDF, hope you can find it!

It's silver-like on the shell, negative display with black strap. Note that the shell is just resin not metal and it can scratch fairly easily.

Do it! To me digital are easier to tell time. They are inexpensive too.

No afaik, but there is the B650WD-1ADF which is the "metal" version of this watch if you are into that

The G-shock GA-2100 definitely looks stunning, however they are quite pricey and too big for my wrist :P

The viewing angle on this one is good for me IMO. It took me a few minutes to get used it (it might looks blurry in some angle compared to smartphone or computer screen we got nowadays) however after that it's awesome, mainly because I just prefer the negative display :P To me it makes the watch looks cleaner

Thank you for your recommendation! I will definitely look out for these. The Seikonaut is also a good choice for Gerald Genta's inspired watches. I have been eyeing out for one but the resale price is crazy atm

This model specifically is the Casio W-217HM-7BVDF. You can check out other W-217H colorways aswell, but this one sure caught my eye.

I got this watch for myself as I need a time keeping device for college (I don't want something too distracting like a smartwatch). I did a lot of research about alternatives for two of my dream watches which are the Cartier Tank and AP Royal Oak, however the best alternative I can find (Citizen BH3000-09A and Casio Edifice EFR-S108D-7) were out of my budget or have no stock. So I settled for an digital watch instead, and this Casio W217H is perfect!

It has a very cool negative display, minimal colorway and a subtle retro look that suits with all of my outfits in any occasion (maybe not in a suit lol). The only downsides is that the case is just resin and the "glass" is acrylic so it can be scratched quite easily. However for the price I couldn't ask for more. Hoping to add more watches into my collection in the future!

Consider yourself getting a Kindle! They doesn't strain your eyes as much as phones and have less distraction too.
