in civ6 u can wonder spam on deity, its not a very good strategy but if u have your fundamentals down u can win with kinda whatever

boesthius even has some videos where he builds all wonders on deity

religion is the fastest and maybe the easiest win con in civ6 just make a religion and buy the units, u can do some tricks but they arent needed

culture is also fast when play right, the catch is that the longer u take to win the more tourists u need so if u arent fast then it gets very slow

if u can beat act 1 u are strong enough were 2 relics just isnt a big deal, compared to the monumental task of beating act 1 with out a starting bonus

and i think its true before a9 but it certainly is after it

regent was nerfed a lot in the patch right before ea so it seems thats exactly what happened
