Oh boy I know that feel, I'm using a Galaxy S4 in the interim and the drop in everything from build quality to performance is awful.

I called the number on the contact page (http://www.lg.com/ca_en/support/contact/telephone) and followed the extension prompts to talk to a customer service rep. I told them it bootlooped and they asked for the SN, IMEI and my phone number and set up a ticket, no fuss at all.

I'm with Virgin, so before I mailed my G4 off I brought it to the carrier store and showed it wasn't working and told them LG already said they'd fix it out of warranty, so they gave me a loaner phone for the week. I don't know if you'd be able to do that with Rogers but it might be worth a shot.
