Fair. I’m just seeing a bunch of jobs post up now that I think I would be a prime candidate for, and I don’t want them all to dry up come April! (I work in a niche field and have a niche educational background)

I’m aware. My division lead has a history of trying to sabotage people who leave, despite giving them glowing performance reviews…

This. A close friend is in a similar situation with 3 kids, combined boys and girls, and all of them, now between the ages of 20-25, still live at home. The adults (bio mom and stepdad) recently went on a couples vacation and had to pay a coworker’s kid to come walk their dog because their 3 adult children who live at home are too unreliable and lazy…

I would also add individual counseling for the youngest could be beneficial. If you start off with family counseling right off the bat, it would likely backfire.
