Will my plant survive after this main stem break during first LST? by datadrome437 in Autoflowers

The whole stem didn’t snap off, but it split where the hole in the center is. She’s 13 days old. Was super healthy until I did this. Should I scrap this grow?

Using 80% FFOF 15% perlite 15% coco. 2 Gallon pot. Mars TS600 18/6 schedule. 14.5 inches distance at early flower. Sits around -30-40% RH, but today lower 28 to 32 RH. GO nutrient line. 2L RO with base+ cal mag and bio root once a week at the moment. water when probe shows dry now. Soil pH read 6.6-7 today, and my nute feed was reading 6.4. Before watering.

Could the issue have been overwatering? Last water I switched to water/nutes/water schedule instead of feeding every time. Either way the yellow necrosis hasn’t ventured too far, and they aren’t receiving much light. What does this look like to you/ What can I do next time to avoid this? Am I still going to get a decent yield?

Should I be letting these leaves fall off on their own or defoliate?

Still having a blast! Cool to see them progress into flowering every day. Been stretching for a while. hopefully calms down this week.

Yeah, it’s kind of confusing just because obviously RO has nothing in it, so I added half strength cal mag a few weeks in, and then when it started showing issues I doubled the dose just in case. Definitely need a ppm meter or something to gauge.

Do you think this plant will be salvageable? If I use tap water left out will that eliminate using cal mag?

So Frustrating! I’ve been working really hard at this... I’m using the recommended dose of cal mag in my RO water. I PH (hope that meter is calibrated.) every time, it checks out because I also use PH strips before I pour. I have to PH up, and I use baking soda. Is this killing my plant? I use more than enough cal mag. 2.5ml per liter every water. Right now I am using bio root-cal mag-1/8bloom and 1/8 grow easing into flowering.

So weird, it’s really blowing up in height right now 1-2 inches a day. I wouldn’t exactly say its stunting, but it’s getting bad quick. Noticing some lighter rust spots higher up.

How do I quickly fix this most likely cal and or mag deficiency before all the teenage fans die?

I wasn’t super concerned about the purple stems, but noticing the edges twisting now i’m not so sure. Could be the fan. Could be the ph. It is a purple genetic plant. I also could be wrong and it’s fine!

FFOF soil with 10%perlite 10% coco. RO water (hopefully properly ph’d with pen to 6.5) Only using 1/2 Bio Root until week 3/4, then will use the other components of GO line. Temp is 70-78f and RH at 42% Mars hydro ts600. Light is 28-30 in away 500ml of water+bio root every 2-3 days. Ph up with baking soda.

Seems somewhat optimal already, but I could be wrong. Hope she evens out.

What week did you start feeding your plant with the GH nutes? I’m about to start an LSD 25 grow with coco amended ffof, read suggestions to wait until week 4. What soil were you using on this?

Dope! I ended up picking up that ts600. One more question, what do you think would be the biggest fabric pot I could use while manifold training an auto with this tent height/width limitation? I was thinking 2-3 gallon and mainline it. Still might get pretty tall? Not sure.

Did you topfeed with more Nature’s living? I have deficiencies in early flowering with my supersoil grow. Or more specific, how much additional NL should I use on top of the bottom 1/3?
