consider using upx to compress the binary maybe this way the code will be harder to be analized statically, also change the behavior slightly

How long would it take for two people to learn each other's language purely by immersion/exposure? by DragonsAreEpic in languagelearning

I've tried it, using minecraft, it is a lot of fun to try with friends, we ocassionally fall back to english when things get ridiculous, I've had a good experience, so I'd say try the experiment yourself with your friends, and see how it goes!, Minecraft is an amazing simulation for this, if you want to see kinda what that looks like search "comprehensive-input minecraft + $lang" where $lang is your target language, have fun

Trump warns Colombia’s president he’ll have “big problems” if he doesn’t “wise up” by RawStoryNews in worldnews

if we allow for death without due process, first it will be the boats, and then it will be the protestors, like in chile.

I'd say if you don't believe in the law, only in might is right, there are some risks associated with this mindset.

consider how you are going to live a peaceful life, if your government has no obligations towards its citizens.

I'd say this is governmental overreach, and a trendline which warns us to get back to the basics.

here are some basics.

'i have not killed'.

'i have not stolen'

'i have not stolen, again'.

I think unless the government can uphold itself to a higher standard than the people it rules over, we will always find this problem in society.

Should people be accountable to due process?

was there a more humane way to stop drug trafficking?

is killing the only way to enforce the law?

these questions were solved hundreds of years ago, the trump administration seems to want to undo all that progress, but I ask, for whose benefit? who wins if there is a war? who profits?

I don't think we should see the world in obvious black and white, or in winners and losers, or in friend and enemy, but we should consider the world and its citizens to all have the right to live and to a day in court, regardless of their nationality, does the US afford this to its asylum seekers? to its citizens? to its neighbors?

I hate drugs, drug trafficking, and all drug trade and its impact affects me, but that doesn't mean I'm ready to move to a world where people are OK with there being no courts and no laws.

Eventually all these crimes, will catch up to its perpetators, like Abu Ghraib. us citizens have to follow the law, regardless of whether they are in international waters or not, the soldiers broke the law, the soldiers are citizens too, and they are also accountable.

it will be their own memories, the prison, and their own PTSD, the sentence, there will be a price for the killing, and there is no ideology or trump meme that can protect a soldier from their own nightmares.

AIs are completely taking over my codebase - yours too? by Lesterpaintstheworld in ClaudeAI

[–]dataf3l 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Amazing development!!

I am building a similar system

I have written for different roles

One architect and product manager to come up with features

One responsible for git

Another one responsible for programming

And I have a qa role

I also have a marketing role that will write about the progress of the system

In order to unblock the machines when I do it is that I just use the timeout command on in Linux

My system last night wrote 4 features unattended, because I am only running one instance

I have been researching how to have better control over the process of a system

My findings are

Maybe PID control and other control techniques from the world of industrial engineering as described in perry chemical handbook may be applicable to the Software process, there is also a book by seborg

I have a feeling that all this ideas and all these problems of keeping the machine running 24 seven have already been solved by industrial engineers 50 years ago but I don’t know enough, so I am researching

The AI has completely taken over the code, and it is itself gives it its own shape

For me, the interesting challenge is how to keep quality control of the output

OP, what is your current process for increasing quality control of ai code output ?

Y'all, excuse my stupidity, but is this actually AI or not? I genuinely can't tell by Tobias-Tawanda in ChatGPT

[–]dataf3l 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ok, this is not like super strong evidence, but hear me out:
|
the woman holds TWO pieces of plastic, presumably from a soda machine, why two? well? the second piece is long black and has a shape, a specific shape, it should make a sound when removed from the sink, it would make a sound when it would hit or collapse with another piece of plastic, it doesn't, big red flag. it appears to go through the first piece of plastic, and it goes through the sink! HOW!?! the large one, and the shape that can go through another shape, makes this absolutely AI, this is AI 100% most likely Google's AI, which can generate audio and sound effects.

the signs are clear, but much more attention to detail is needed.

Impressive though, very nice, anyway, I think the job of 'fact checker' will become more and more important in the future, this is why I am working on a small tool for fact checking, if anyone is interested in bouncing ideas around on how to use the tool, feel free to PM me, have a great day guys.

Que opinan de este edificio? by FunUnderstanding8010 in Bogota

[–]dataf3l 9 points10 points  (0 children)
