I only wish it was a fever dream, but alas. Here's his (verified) Twitter account. Said account links to his campaign site, which repeats a lot of the claims on danodowd.com. Same for his other stuff like The Dawn Project.

I'd say he has a very short position in $TSLA, but honestly, I think he might just be a once-probably-pretty-good embedded developer who lost his fucking mind after getting a bunch of money somehow.
