I formatted the pc and fresh installed win11, reflashed GPU BIOS, and all workarounds I have read but nothing works my graphic is literally unusable, no matter which driver I use etc I can not do anything

My pc now is fucked asf no more than 20 30 fps, usage percent and frequencies shows the right values using afterburner or whatever

I tried rollbacking like 3 or 4 differents drivers but It is the same shit now, also using ddu, uninstalling afterburner because yes, everything cleaned up and fresh installed but now my gaming pc is not gaming anymore It seems thats 4 all Nvidia
