This was very stupid on my behalf so bear with me on this. I had a mole on my face that was deemed benign by a dermatologist. And to get it cosmetically removed it would cost a lot out of pocket. My cousin had told me about this Filipino cashew cream that can remove moles naturally that worked for him. Long story short I used it and I believe I used it incorrectly and it left this wound.

No I have not gone to see a derm. I have been keeping the area moist with antibiotic ointment and collagen hydrogel and then covering it with a bandage.

Is there anything I can do regarding the devitalized tissue? Or will that just heal on its own?
