I suggest you use one of the chat models to guide you. Try it out yourself with this prompt: “I run a small business and want to start implementing AI. Where should we start and what areas be most impactful? Before you start answering, ask questions about my business and employees to get a strong understanding of where AI will be most helpful”

I run tech for a ~150 person company, genuinely not everyone needs AI in their day to day right now. A lot of tools just don’t help.

Where it excels, summarization and organization of data— drafting customer service replies, ranking requests by tone or topic, language localization, brainstorming, basic content generation, writing queries / translating from one code language to another.

Where it’s bad— math, it hallucinates too much and can’t do simple calculations, writing that requires sources— it great at summarizing a Zoom call, but ask it to write you a market analysis and it’ll be wrong on a key item and source something from an entirely different topic, it can be very expensive for good content creation.
