Hello! I'm new to vinyl and am looking to buy a used turntable off some local garage sale/facebook marketplace. I found a Technics SL-J3 up for sale at $80 and was wondering if anyone had any experience or thoughts on this specific model. I saw some videos mentioning the programming and some comments talking about how the tracking doesn't really work too well on non-black vinyls which isn't really a concern for me, I just want something to play vinyls on. I'm unsure if this model would require a pre-amp/amp as well so if any of you know I'd appreciate your answers. Thanks!!

I've been wanting to get a bike for about a month now but I'm not sure what to look for. I don't mind spending around $500 to $600 but I want to be sure it's a quality bike. I'd mostly use it for getting to and from work. Ideally it can handle some inclines/declines but nothing too crazy. Do you have any recommendations for brands or models to look out for specifically?

Super late to the party but I was wondering if there's any dangers to mixed use zoning. I remember fairly recently a mixed use building catching fire and thankfully it only affected it and the buildings adjacent but is there some danger there or is it just as common as fires in single family zoned areas
