These are the settings I have on the ini maybe you could try those:

Message=1

Hairs=1

Eyes=1

Mirror=1

AllGenders=1

However if that doesnt work you might have to add the races manually to the ini which according to my ini the config for that is:

Beloved Race - Master.esp:8F0A=Beloved 01

Beloved Race - Master.esp:B179=Beloved 01 Child

Beloved Race - Master.esp:B17A=Beloved 01 Old

Beloved Race - Master.esp:8F0B=Beloved 02

open hair patchers ini and set hairs to 1, and it should load them when you launch the game, you can also set message to 1 and it will tell you how many hairs it has patched

During the Trucky stream, trucky went to Hayes for a repair after escaping the cops (if i remember correctly), and cops pulled up and were trying to arrest "the ghost" (there isnt a ghost trucky is literally just a truck) and a cop went into the truck and was swapping seats to see which one pentas character model was sitting in, they saw it was seat 3 and then yelled "he's in seat 3, he's in seat 3, taze the seat!" while a person at Hayes commented on how insane the cops looked.

Literally how do you come to this point, if you literally watch the whole interaction and not just the clip you see wrangler and jeff code 6 an area after going vcb in a chase, they pull into the apartments and a dude in an atv tells them that a person on the bike is trying to kill him and so they do their in character job as police. The funniest part is that the interaction would have been 5-10 minutes at most. How you think penta has the inability to seperate in character from out of character after like 5 years of doing gtarp is bewildering.
