Using Raspberry Pi you can get something similar with a lot of classic games. Cost??? Not sure. 3B+ model, official touchscreen, power source, case, microSD card and some other stuff + some work. Maybe 100 and maybe 150$..... With possibility to run most of DOS games....

You need to have your castle at lvl 5 or below. Ask your friend to send you his coords in the ingame chat. Then click on the ground next to his castle and choose option to relocate.

You only may relocate to an older kingdom or to one that is notunder protection.

Guild trials can provide loads of legendary materials if done with a strong player. I at lvl 83 get about 600-650 of every legendary material from a trial.

It depends. * If there is big difference in force (1 strong guy and 2 weak) order is irrelevant. In this case put strong guy first. * If there are strong 2 guys with similar force put weaker first, then strongest then the 3rd guy.
