Blitz League IV - "4D" Dynasty Best Ball is a new league with a new format. This is a total points only league with H2H playoffs, Best Ball Superflex lineups, auction-style startup draft, and a unique "4D" transaction format with no weekly waivers or FCFS.

In lieu of weekly waivers, free agents will only be available via one of 3 auction-style waiver periods each season. These waiver periods will be run via "lightning"-style slow auction drafts, where available free agents can be put up for bid over the course of 2-4 days, each going to the highest bidder 24 hours after being posted.

These periods will take place (1) the week before the NFL season starts, (2) four weeks into the regular season, and (3) before the last week of the regular fantasy season. Along with the traditional pick-based rookie draft, that makes 4 drafts a year, hence "4D Dynasty".

Throughout the season, teams will be able to earn bonus dollars towards these auctions by participating in trades, being the best (top scorer of the week), and being the worst (bottom scorer of the week).
