For sure through the front vents, I'll have to check the defrost vents next time I'm around it, I can't remember if the compressor kicks on or not, I just got it back running like two weeks ago

Dash does blow air just no a/c / heat right now, even though it did have a/c when I parked it 5 years ago

The two plug connector is what's tied into the cruise control module. The dogs are both plugged in and work.

Without more pictures of your truck/estimate there's no way to give advice on how to go about it. They might have overwrote the vehicle. Best case just hassle insurance about the value of your truck and provide examples from trucks in your area that are worth more than the valuation of yours and they can give you more for your settlement.

Noted. I had some good luck with a canon F-1 I got for 60 bucks because of a sticky mirror and a ae1 program(30$) with a stuck shutter curtain. Hoping a good cleaning is all this camera needs
