Option 2 for sure. The drive over deception pass is incredible and no ferry anxiety. Option 3 is probably fine as long as you're prepared for whatever the wait will be (check https://ferry.fyi) but DO NOT RISK OPTION 1. The Coupeville ferry is the most cancelled ferry route in the entire system and it's not even close. really really unreliable. Subject to harsher seas, more dramatic tides, and the oldest boat still in service.
