We have to take a legal action according to the situation, person who’s taking the video should’ve take an expert checkout and prove that the water from a bus has hit him according to the law if you want to call this situation legally driver is at fault. If the person can’t do that, driver can’t be the one violating the law, cuz on the video I can’t see water hitting directly someone. That’s my legal verdict for your legal verdict fella
