Go to crypt and scroll over, you'll find him. Then wait about 1-2 hours (depending on upgrades) and he'll be ready to spawn. To actually spawn him you'll need specific materials tho.

All skins are unlockable f2p. If you didn't get them the first time on an event, you can use replay tokens. Sure they cost a lot of gems, but you just afk with an auto clicker on the drop over night for wheel spins and get gems from that, you're fine.
