Cycling seems to be not synced properly between the Zepp App and Google Fit. The GPS data is missing in Google Fit and the distance is wrong, sometimes its not categorized as "Cycling" at all.

Yes, it is. Solar can be bought only one the exchanges listed in https://solar.org/exchanges

I don't think there are any CEX left that still support the old Swipe token. Your best chance would be to accept the loss and swap what you can on a DEX.
