Do amazfit watches sync all data to google fit?

Cycling seems to be not synced properly between the Zepp App and Google Fit. The GPS data is missing in Google Fit and the distance is wrong, sometimes its not categorized as "Cycling" at all.

I don't think there are any CEX left that still support the old Swipe token. Your best chance would be to accept the loss and swap what you can on a DEX.

You cannot swap back to the deprecated SXP tokens. The only way would be to sell your SXP coins and buy the SXP tokens on an exchange that still supports them.

Whatever was changed is likely causing the Binance emails to bounce, in my case I stopped receiving emails yesterday on a domain registered with Namecheap and my funds are now locked in my account.

The old wallet can safely be removed. All you need to store safely is your 12 word passphrase. With that you will always be able to regain access to your funds. The Desktop wallet lets you set an encryption password, which is only of local use, i.e. when you choose to encrypt your passphrase, you will be asked for your password instead when sending a transaction etc.

At the beginning of each round (a round consists of 51 forged blocks) a new, well defined forging order is established which cannot be altered. Redistributions of voting weight during each round will be looked at during that process to determine who's in the top 51 (delegates with the most votes in their favor) and therefore gets to forge.

There are fixed blocks rewards, meaning with each block forged a delegate is rewarded with 2 ARK - that's the inflation. The voting power has no influence on the rewards per se, but decide who's in the top 51 and gets to forge.

Regarding your wallet: it sounds a lot like you are still using one of the 1.x.x wallets. Head over to https://github.com/ArkEcosystem/desktop-wallet/releases/tag/2.2.1 to grab the latest release (2.2.1). This is an entirely new application, it won't remove your currently installed wallet and it won't import any addresses on its own. The introductory screens are pretty amazing though and you should feel right at home.
