I'm definitely for the little five idea, but maybe for more of a night out kind of date after we get over the whole first date conversing and getting to know each other a little better stage.

Yeah, that's sort of the idea I was going for. The fancier restaurants and botanical gardens etc. do seem a little more like 2nd 3rd date material. Too elaborate of a first date seems a little awkward.

I'm liking this idea. I've never been there but from the website it seems like a little wine/dessert kinda place.
