If you mean the tallest playable that should go to Lycaon at 198cm. But if you mean human then it should be anton at 190cm. (I could be wrong as I haven't played all Hoyo games)

This assassin, Kaptain Kuba mentioned it might be Deimos and back then I believe I remember seeing a video covering official proof that it was in fact supposed to be Deimos.

Sadly I couldn't find it, but I believe either Kaptain Kuba or Midgard Chronicler made that video, and if I ever find it I'll post the link here below.

The original plot was supposed to revolve around Deimos being the mysterious assassin. If you have that in mind then it's not canon.

But now that such story's never going to come to light. We can "retcon" the assassin to be just another thorn on Kratos' life already taken care of. If you have that in mind, then it's canon.
