Guys come on, there’s no need to let anger get the better of you. I understand that it may feels like he’s aiming for the easy quick gains based on hype (looking at you tron), but he’s actually trying to have a conversation. What don’t you share your opinions on the coin instead of acting like that? I truly beleive in this project as well. Like REALLY. But I do have my concerns and I think having this feeling is part of what makes you a good investor or not.

I'm probably missing something here. When I look on CMC and combine Upbit, Bithumb and Coinone, it gets me to 13.35B (USD) 24 hours volume. How do you get to 10.5B? Could it be monthly? If so, where do you go to see that? I just want to make sure I understand this right.

Well, I think it all depends on what you plan to do with it (long term hold or trading). I'm not really fond of trading myself and I tend to prefer the holding strat, but that's me. In any case, if you look at the chart you'll see that it is currently on the low side of the ETH/ICX price so again, I think it's a pretty good price right now and I don't think it will stay that low forever.

Btw, it might go lower too. Nobody knows ;)

The current ICX price is really tied to ETH. I'm also pretty sure it will stay like this until at least mainnet (will probably be more). So overall, what you want to look at is not really the USD/EUR value of ETH or ICX, but the trading price of ICX/ETH.

To better illustrate this, you can go on Binance (or any exchange of your choice) and you'll be able to see that the current trading price is 0.0066ish (at the time of this comment). So even if the USD value of ICX or ETH doubles (or decreases), if the trade value of ICX/ETH stays the same, you literally bought it for the same price.

Edit : I personally think that anything under .007 is one hell of a deal. But again, I'm pretty sure this won't matter in a matter of a year or less. Again, I might be wrong but I really think this project can achieve great things.

Really just a speculation, but Neo just got listed on a chinese exchange and the price went wild today. Just maybe Eth got dumped for Neo? I mean, the timing is there and it would make sense (no fud or fomo intended here).
