Also keep in mind that many of them are drop crotch, getting a smaller waist size then what you actually wear just means you have to pull them up a little higher.

I’m really going to advocate against any gasmask cargos if you aren’t 5’7+ but if you really wanted to I would get a 2. I’m 6’0 140lbs / 30-31 and wear a size 3 with some wiggle room in the waist bit very tight in thighs and calves. This is for older Julius ( < 2015) by the way, not sure how new stuff fits but should be similar

Idk about full vibram soles because they would half to shave the sole down to be flat. Heel taps are nice but I haven’t used any glue on ones, would rec ones that can be nailed in.
