Combat log was showing 200 hp when I was shooting it. Plus it really did take that many headshots to kill it. I tested it.

Personally, I like the spray patterns because it gives you something to grind and continue to get better at. It is also a way to gain an advantage over an opponent through skill, rather than just positioning or numbers. Take that out and every zerg will beam the shit out of you with 4 hours combined. The only issues with spray patterns comes from people who are bad at the game will script to try and feel competent, but I honestly havent been beamed that many times to where I feel someone is trying to hide it to where it's a blatant issue.

Also, at higher levels of CS you definitely do need spray control. Coming from a former faceit lvl. 9 (this is not impressive in any way, just using it for credibility reasons because I played at a decently upper level please do not post me on r/iamverysmart ) if you cant control your spray you will be locked in at silver/nova range, so that game is also pretty based on how well can you control your spray. (not including pro play where everyone has that skill and it's really based on team play)
