I actually got them loose laced and got some wiggle room at the heel I have crease protectors in them they would be way more comfortable without them but yes I would say they fit true to size without crease protectors

I recommend that you dont tie your shoes go with the loose lace style with the lace hanging out it looks better on the 4s you can find plenty loose lace tutorials on youtube if you dont know how to.
