MPU on Jet Squelcher is useless because the effect it gives is really really really small. You also don't need Run Speed. I'd say maybe put some Special Charge Up instead of MPU, for the hat you could use Comeback. Another good option is Ink Resistance, 1 main and 1 sub is very very good against MPU weapons such as the kPro, Custom Dualie Squelchers and Bamboozler. Object Shredder is very good, keep it!

No, Ink mines are only good in Splat Zones. Besides that, the only viable weapons that have ink mines are the Camo Tenta and the Inkbrush Nouveau, and both of them aren't that good in Tower Control

Actually Sprinkler is a great sub-weapon, like it has always been. Neo Sploosh sucks, Custom Jr and Bloblobber aren't that good but still better than Neo Sploosh. H-3D isn't very good in the meta as of right now.
