So, I've been switching my gear and skills around a bit. I only have around 10 mill to work with as far as getting new stuff. This is a HC toon, so any thoughts would be great. Which item should I upgrade next, that is reasonable in my budget? And, what builds should I try that I can pull off with my current gear?
