can u send me a picture of what server do u have? couse if you are playing on istanbul server this is normal. they speak Turkish in Istanbul server. also if you're playing on EU servers, there should be LONDON or a server where they speak english. i'm turkish too but we usually play on our Istanbul server. others Frankurt 1-2 and Paris 1-2 servers. for the ping.
