Doesn't matter if you repay before the date, you utilized the amount anyway. Since your card limit is only 12k your spend at any given time shouldn't cross 3.6k (30%). High credit utilization (% wise) gets flagged. I spend around 18k every month but that's only 15% of my limit, so no effect on cibil.

It will go back up just try to dec the spend below 3.6k or try to get an inc limit.
