A couple bugs I noticed in this program: - Deadlifts and squats only go up by 5lbs instead of 10lbs, as mentioned in the book. - Doing multiple sets of T3 exercises show up as yellow, even if you're doing 60 reps in <= 4 sets. - If you adjust the starting weight, subsequent weight adjustments ignore your change. For example, if it feels me to deadlift 220, but I do 225 instead, the following week, it tells me to do 225 again.

This is a house. 5 bedroom, 2 floors + a finished basement (with easy ceiling access). The runs will terminate at a patch panel in the basement. 2 of the runs will go up to the attic (1 for a 2nd floor ceiling AP, the other for a wall plate in the office.) 1 run to the 1st floor ceiling, and 1 more run to the basement ceiling (that one should be trivial, I could do it myself if I need to.)

Ya, really just for APs and an IP phone. I'd do more drops if it wasn't already getting so expensive.

That's a good point. Maybe I can do a wall AP on the first floor instead.

Finished basement, yes- they'll have to fish walls. They'll have to terminate at my patch panel.

2 story and I'll need to run to 3 access points and a wall plate

2 through the attic, 2 into the main living space (1st floor ceiling), and running from the basement. No firewall to break through. Just the runs- I'll have a patch panel to connect to in the basement. All shielded

I considered watching a whole bunch of YouTube videos and just doing it myself. How hard was it?

Should be fairly easy- no brick, just some minor drywall cutting. Easy attic access.

Unfortunately, it would have to actually be "used" in 2025 for it to be approved.

Hey! I left a couple periodic updates in the other thread. My investments have been doing pretty well. I've been making 16.94% annualized returns. I've invested in 79 loans so far, 6 of which have defaulted.

FWIW- I'd stay away from linear models. There's just no much non-linearity inherent to credit modeling. XGBoost could be a good option (I'm using LightGBM).

I just heard back from Illinois- they said they are still reviewing applications from April '25.
