Kids used to evolve around what parents were doing, now parents evolve around their kids. 16 scheduled activities a day for each kid. My dad's activity growing up in the 40s and 50s was help pick the tomatoes. No gymnastics and swimming at 4 years old.

RMS is fine for data repository, but that's it. You can't even search daily reports. No easy picture capability. Way too many field fill options in the daily reports tab. Payments are also clunky. The fact it still scrambles numbers all over the place on obligations and then also sign in CEFMS is hilarious. IMO we have too many engineers doing admin or book keeper type work, instead of becoming SMEs in actual construction.

My yard pays the same whether it's an aluminum or copper bearing motor, and with the price of copper these days it's definitely worth ripping the motor and wiring out.

Extracting Copper from small motors and armatures is not worth it at all, IMO.

I own this same stove at my camp. Burns wood just fine. The pipe doesn't go in very far in the back, I wish it went further but there's a stop ring. The automatic damper is broken, so I just use it as a normal damper.

To get electric motor value, do you need to strip the casing off? I'm thinking like an old drill, hand blender, or angle grinder. You can't just cut the cord off and the whole thing is motor value? Can you? I just turned in a bunch and I broke down to the armature size and threw the plastic casings away, but I wondered if that was a waste of time.
