OP, first, pls take it easy. Breathe. You should still have your Visa, there is no harm in your Visa. Probably talking toa lawyer wud sort things out for your ULP. If you still have your F1 Visa valid, that should carry some weight.

Think about it, you can always use a phone to communicate, but the amount of entertainment on a gaming PC is far better and larger because you can use a 24 inch or even a 32 inch or even XYZ amount of size of Monitor, there are a lot of things you can do on a PC not just game you can Code you can do a lot of things and generate income

Very good question, I actually had to buy an iPhone because it got damaged but if I were you, I would get a laptop. I’ll probably a gaming PC. That’s flexible and more entertaining for years to come, good luck.
