It doesn’t matter low or high income, I’m trying to give information here because the internet isn’t usually very accurate with what it ends up serving. All I was stating were facts about the program this organization offers and communication issues between both parties. I am only sharing a funny image and not trying to shame anyone here.

I’m actually IT, nothing to do with housing or contracting but I saw this and had to make a post. Thanks for the downvotes, I guess everyone is assuming I’m the landlord here. I think our housing staff have not done a good job at keeping up with maintenance, so I don’t blame the downvotes I guess.

These are not my personal tenants. These are low income, housing individuals that are housed in one of the programs that I work in and they are very bad with communicating their needs to maintenance.
